Problem with new Whoers joining

Dear Administrators,
a friend is trying to join, but keeps going round in a loop (keeps asking for his pin, and then straight back to the login).
Is there an issue, or a workaround

Perhaps the administration team would be so kind as to provide us all with a .csv file showing every registered user alongside their number, so that we can all create our own versions and categories?
Doubt it though, the cunts can't even sort out hyperlinks.

I've just browsed your highly detailed profile.
Ignoring the fact that you appear to have missed the point of the profile, I will point out a couple of errors.
Firstly, you listed Coffee as being in Australia. He is in India.
Also, while you've correctly stated that the late Hammerhermit was in Australia, you've also listed him in North America.
I only briefly scanned through it, so God knows how many more errors lie therein.
It's important to get these things right.
